It is especially comforting to know that there are "real live people" with the skills that allow for quick resolution of software/hardware issues confronting us less knowledgeable folks.
The "gotomeeting.com" is a huge benefit in working the setup issues. Your organization uses that feature to the benefit of the customer. Great approach to problem solving.
To date, my Blackberry is syncing with your Enterprise Service. Jennifer's has yet to receive any calendar updates, however that my require another sync from her Blackberry. I'll keep an eye on what is happening and pass the results along.
In the meantime, thanks to you, Rob and Chris for the assistance.

I recently had the extreme pleasure of working with Max Inman. In a nutshell, let me just say: WOW, WOW, WOW. The level of service and support I received was far beyond the level most software and computer companies extend. Further, the graciousness and helpfulness with which it was extended was just plain unprecedented!
Typically, I am not one to write unsolicited commendations, or take the time to comment on customer service, period. Yet, on the rare occasion when I am truly impressed, I find it warranted. As such, my recent encounter with Mr. Inman blew me away. He personally walked me through the setup of my software, and the syncing of all of my information, SOLVING MY ACT / PDA DATA SYNCING PROBLEM OF THE PAST MONTH PLUS IN A MATTER OF MINUTES. Plus, he had the technology to give me the option to allow him to remotely fix my issues—i.e. view my computer and work on my computer through the internet, solving my problems—which I GLADLY ENABLED.
Prior to Mr. Inman’s assistance, I was ready to throw my PDA out the window, and give up on information exchange and mobility entirely. However, after his assistance, I feel ready to conquer my industry, and now I have the tools and systems which will help me create that reality…and they work!!!

Hi Max,
Thanks letters almost always turn me off. You see them on the wall in car showrooms, doughnut shops, and in doctors’ offices. What a bore. The same old crap. But after 30 years of entrepreneurship I've come to realize that I only seem to get calls on the problems - never when a customer loves my work. It seems to go that way.
I've spent at least 70 hours per week for the last 3 1/2 years creating a fashion, creating the market, creating the manufacturing, and am just beginning to make a little money. The people who told me I was crazy are now saying that I am LUCKY. Success is the best vindication.
Today and the last time we worked together on my HHC synchronization in October have been examples of the best and most intelligent service I have ever received in my life. It is rare today to find vendors (and in the case of information services ever rarer) exhibit the level of service you have shown me today. Fast, smart, no nonsense.
I am always on the road - now that I have production going - would love to buy you a drink if our paths ever cross. Neil
